RHEL/CentOS 5: Fails to compile, logger.c needs to include stdio.h. After fixing, builds & tests fine

RHEL/CentOS 6: Same as CentOS 5.

RHEL/CentOS 7: Clean

OSX: It looks like every version of memcached (as far back as I was willing to test) has the test problem I reported before. I'm not sure why it behaves differently from the other platforms on something that seems pretty simple, but it seems harmless. I'll try to figure out what's actually happening when I have the opportunity, just because I'm curious.

Seems like some folks are waking up (and I should've left the logging
stuff in 'next' for a little bit). Please give it a shot, test some more,
and if there're some minor compilation/cleanup issues I'll cut another
release soon.

I've done a lot of testing so far and things are going well. It's a really
handy feature and I hope people get good use out of it.
