New issue 378 by [email protected]: Upgrade from 1.4.5 to 1.4.20

Uninstalled 1.4.5 using make uninstall command. Installed 1.4.20 using make
install, but when checking the version using memcached -h, version comes up
as 1.4.4 instead of 1.4.20. We don't even see this installation anywhere.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
