BAM 2016: 4th Biarri Applied Mathematics Conference.
28-29, June, 2016, QUT, Brisbane, Australia
http://bamconf.com/

The world is changing around us. Optimisation --- which used to be hidden
behind closed doors --- is now at our fingertips shaping the way in which
we live our lives, move our goods, and make our decisions. From healthcare,
marketing, transport and manufacturing through to the deployment of next
generation fibre networks, optimisation is core to working in the 21st
century.

## About

The Biarri Applied Mathematics Conference is a free two day forum that
provides insight into how organisations apply optimisation and mathematical
techniques to solve problems in the real world.

The goal of the conference is to bring together researchers, practitioners,
and students and facilitate discussion on new methods, tools and techniques
that are applicable to real-word problems and deliver real-world results.

The theme this year is: Optimisation. For Real.
