The repository in question does have this in raw config:
<path repository="MeeGo_1.0"
project="MeeGo:1.0:Core:Update:Testing"/>
So I don't think that's the problem.
I assume this is a bzip2 or build system problem as bzip2 itself is
currently unresolvable in similar manner in MeeGo:1.0:Core:Update:Testing.
