Seems only support qml app, what about QT application, how to solve overlap
problem? Thanks! :)
If you do not use any of the toolkits that have this functionality in
the framework (Qt components, MeeGo UX Components, MeeGoTouch), you will
have to do it yourself in a similar way. Look at their code for
examples, and see the following white-paper:
http://wiki.meego.com/images/Technical-overview-widget-reloc.pdf
Ideally we would have a small plain Qt example showing how to do this
with libmaliit, but that is not yet in place.
Thanks a lot!

Are you using the Window component and TextEntry TextField components from the
meego-ux-components package? That already moves the page up when needed to
avoid vkb overlap.

Dear Michael,
This problem is resolved, thanks a lot for your information!
We have some another problems as below, would you please help give some comment?
1. Rotation of background app and VKB can't synchronize with each other in
meego-im-uiserver with -use-self-composition mode, the delay is obvious.
2. Is there any communication mechanism between app and IME framework to
support VKB push background app UI up when display, and drag it down when VKB
disappear?
Thanks! :)
Thanks a lot!

Dear Michael,
We use MeeGo Tablet 1.2.0.90.0.20110517,
Test sample and find error: No such method
QMultiInputContext::notifyOrientationAboutToChange
From the thread
http://lists.meego.com/pipermail/meego-inputmethods/2011-April.txt
Do you mean we need to merge

to solve this problem?
Or would you please tell me how to "explicitly setting the input context to
something" ? If we installed some IME as plugin, how to enable it?
Thanks a lot!

Since some app support rotation but some don’t, so is there any

Please refer to https://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15025 - if you
want to see the current workaround for MeeGo 1.2 then check sources of
meego-qml-launcher:
