I'm getting this exact problem.

However repositories from the public OBS work just fine :

[root@cube ~]# cat /etc/zypp/repos.d/arfoll-utils.repo
[arfoll-utils]
name=arfoll-utils
enabled=1
autorefresh=0
baseurl=http://repo.pub.meego.com/home:/arfoll:/utils/MeeGo_current_Core_standard
type=rpm-md
keeppackages=0

I've taken the same core.repo file that you posted and get the same
error as you. Tried all the gpgcheck=0 switches and in the repo files
to no change.

My date is correct and the timezone is set.

Thanks
Brendan
