Hi Rajeevranjan: I diff with the config file, we are the same except I enable the dm9000. I have met this issue before, I just remember my problem is caused by the wrong bootcmd. ) First make sure the uboot is for devkit8000, and adjust the bootcmd to fit X requires.
My Lcd is 7" --> Bootcmd: I suggest you try to print your screen to your PC to see if X can accept your cmd. setenv bootargs 'console=ttyS2,115200n8 console=tty0 root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootwait ro omapfb.vram=0:2M,1:2M,2:2M omapdss.def_disp=dvi omapfb.mode=dvi:800x480...@60' 2011/1/6 <[email protected]> > > Hi Dhaval > > > >>I'm not sure how did you make your u-boot and kernel for devkit800 > > One more info my Devkit have TFT_LCD 4.3". > > Attached is the config file used to compile kernal. please suggest if > something wrong. > > I have also doubt if i compiled with proper config enabled for the TFT_LCD. > > > > >> To check the /var/log/Xorg.0.log find what make your X not work > > I am not able to makeout any conclusion from this file.
