DVB Kernel driver does not deal with encoding/decoding MPEG unless this is implemented by hardware (in which case the licence is part of the hardware price). I think the request here is as simple as, is it possible to include DVB linux stack in the Linux drivers ? Getting the rest of the softwares is much easier task since it can be done by an independent team. regards, Nicolas (alias stormer)
