Hi, I guess this will be configurable based on the hardware. For example for ARM based Nokia N900 the conbination of libVA and CI will not work. Instead gst-dsp along with say V4L2 should be used. And for the Intel Atom based devices combination of libVA and CI should work. It will not be based on handset of netbook.
