"The MeeGo location architecture is based on GeoClue." This is not correct. The MeeGo location architecture is based upon the QtMobility Location API. GeoClue is an implementation detail of that API. Porters should concentrate on the QtMobility Location API, not the GeoClue API for their porting efforts. There is no guarantee that in a MeeGo compliant stack, GeoClue will be present.
