We are experiencing the issue, too. It is present when we run maintenance/ rebuildFileCache.php and maintenance/rebuildtextindex.php. Our platform is Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, x86_64, fully patched. PHP version is 7.4.3. All dependencies are up to date via Composer.
