Reading up on CentralNotice is seems like a great extension for admins to communicate to multiple wikis at once via a common banner on every page. I like that capability for that purpose, but this question was more about finding the instructions on how to get the Echo to provide a notification in all wikis in a farm when you are mentioned in any one of them. I’m not seeing anything in CentralNotice that says it does that.
