The problem is a difficulty with the SemanticMediaWiki extension
version2.5.x and MediaWiki version 1.32.0.
I will have to revert to MW 1.31.1, because I don't have root access to
install SMW version 3.0.x.

At the bottom of LocalSettings.php ? That will make the error be more
specific.
