Thanks Brian for your help! This was! =) First I ran the maintenance script namespaceDupes.php but it was not resolved.
Next in file LocalSetting.php I changed: $wgMetaNamespace = "WikiRioDoce" to $wgMetaNamespace = "Wiki_RioDoce" and started work fine! =) Thank you! Good life!
