I appreciate the responses. As I was writing a response I realized the issue. I
had made edits to the English version, but I did not mark the most recent
version for translation. So the Spanish translation was working off the first
version I marked for translation, not the most recent English version. Once I
realized this I was able to address the issue. Thanks.

If you really need two displaytitles, you can use
{{DISPLAYTITLE:title|noerror}} to suppress the error message.

Set $wgMaxShellWallClockTime = 0; (0 should mean disable the check.
Default is 180. its measured in seconds). Other related settings
include: $wgMaxShellTime, $wgMaxShellFileSize, $wgMaxShellMemory.

Sorry, I misread your post, you are using "noerror".

I suspect the issue is actually your first {{DISPLAYTITLE:...}} (the one
without the noerror) is overriding the display title set by
https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:HideNamespace&c=E,1,nl3TQzcTpIy1tefNrFT4MNanIV5RRJPHFcv2TetZdfv-8Ws-U4Sg8LQEYv_-0nmIHl99pc3T2wWFEKSobv0wlVkRmjwG7IpzBZRWnpWP3MMo&typo=1
extension, which is causing the error.

It would be helpful if you could get a full backtrace (Add a "throw new
MWException();" at the point causing the issue, and set
$wgShowExceptionDetails=true;). It sounds like the maintenance script is
calling into the Skin code, which assumes you're viewing an actual page, which
isn't true in the script.
