In case someone else is looking to add values other than user input.
What I did was create a reference page and used an array map
{{#arraymap:{{{property|One, Two, Three,}}}|,|x|[[Property::x| ]] }}

Hey Phil
For newly created pages you can set some tokens as default. Simply add
'default="one,two,three"' to your {{{field}}}-definition. The user can add
additional tokens, but can also remove those preset by you.
Note: the default value gets ignored for subsequent edits. This would not show
up for existing pages.
