The file is too large for your web server to handle. This isn't a disk 
space problem, but rather a memory (RAM) problem. You should be able to 
resolve it by setting 'memory_limit' in your php.ini settings to a 
sufficiently large value (assuming that you have access to that – if 
not, you should ask your hosting about it).
