As I am troubleshooting, I believe that it has something to do with the site language being in Swahili. I am having the same trouble with Chinese, but not Spanish.
It seems as if the default homepage is Main Page (this is where you go when you type in the url) and then the logo links to Mwanzo in Swahili and 首页 in Chinese, which seem to be the translations for main page. I will continue down the rabbit hole. Interesting that it is not happening with Spanish. Any ideas?
