Hi,

I updated the keyboard shortcuts documentation page, with the current set
of shortcuts:

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Keyboard_shortcuts

...and now I think I have a clearer sense of what's going on: so far, both
core MediaWiki and extensions have tried to avoid overriding existing keys
within the same screen, with one notable exception: VisualEditor's "v".

I'm wondering, though: why has there been no use of numbers, and only a
minimal use of punctuation characters (so far, '=', '.' and '+' have been
used) among the shortcut keys? Would it be safe to use something like '1',
or '-'?
