HI, I just asked a question about extending the functionality of the CharInsert extension at StackOverflow ( http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31376229/how-do-i-modify-the-mediawiki-charinsert-extension-to-enable-the-insertion-of-wi), if anyone in this mailing list is interested. I think I may have asked a similar question in this mailing list a matter of months ago, so if anyone has some solutions I'll be happy to hear them.
