[MediaWiki-l] thumbnailing and image-resizing problem

Dear Mediawiki-l

I'm using mediawiki on http://wikilluminative.org/ and my wiki doesn't
generate thumbnails or re-sized photos. For instance, "
http://wikilluminative.org/wiki/%ED%8C%8C%EC%9D%BC:Christinthehouseofhisparents.jpg";
has no re-sized picture or thumbnail available. However, what is stranger
is this picture on
http://wikilluminative.org/wiki/%ED%8C%8C%EC%9D%BC:Wikiluminative.png does
have its thumbnail. I'm very confused with why it happens...

My web hosting offers imagemagick and magicwand, and the directories on
LocalSetting is precise.

Please, please help me out with this problem, I've read all kinds of
aritcles related to this problem, but there seem to be nothing like this
