You need to copy the content of each "Template:***" in a page of your wiki with exactly the same name. However... what do you need exactly? Many of these templates are really specific to mediawiki.org. Usually you would find the css of a MediaWiki instance at MediaWiki:Common.css but in our case you can find it here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-site.css There is a Main Page Styling section.
