Hi, Today, I analysed the mediawiki specific tex markup in the english wikipedia. (see http://www.formulasearchengine.com/mediawiki%20specific%20texvc%20markup) As expected, many of the commands defined by texvc are rarely used. 30% of the user defined commands contribute to more than 99% of the overall use user defined commands. I propose to deprecate those unused commands in the future, and to introduce a process how new commands can be added in the future.
