I thought "I should probably upgrade our intranet wikis from 1.19.7 to 1.19.9".
I go to http://dumps.wikimedia.org/mediawiki/1.19/ ... and I see only the patch from 1.19.8 to 1.19.9, not the one from 1.19.7 to 1.19.8? Was there any reason the previous patches were removed?
