Dear Teammates, At the very end of a MediaWiki installation of v1.19.2, using IIS 7.5 and I.E. 8.0, I am unable to download LocalSettings.php, and don't know how to proceed. Since this is failed, how can I get it ? Is there anything I can do manually on the server to get it ?
