Hi Ryan! Yeah, you can use Special:Export and Special:Import to move your content from one wiki to another. If you can command-line access to the wiki server you can also use maintenance/importDump.php script as described here. It doesn't work this way with images though. For importing/exporting lots of images you NEED a command-line access to run this script [2]. That sucks but to the best of my knowledge we don't have a better tool yet.
