Hi Daniel!

As far as I can see "Skin" category+namespace+template is the only
good way to describe and promote the skins. I agree however that we
should distinguish between clean-written skins and hacking skins. I
can create special WARNING template about that but I think that we
should describe as many skins as possible with Skin:Skinnname
template.
