Most likely, as the OP's email got flagged as spam by yahoo.  I would put money 
on "natural enhancement of your" and "you gain" being the culprits.

Use a synonym of "enhancement" and you should be fine.
"Enhancement" is keyed in tons of spam blockers

If mediawiki was blocking it you would not get a 403 error.
