Here's a quick hack. 1. Generate a list of the article titles using [[Special:Export]]. (Enter a category name and click "Add".) But DON'T EXPORT. Just generate the list. 2. Copy the titles and visit [[Special:EditWatchlist/raw]]. Paste your new information at the bottom of the list, and click "Update watchlist."
