Yes, that is correct, but I'm worried you have run out of ideas on how to fix
it :)

Although image functionality seems to be working, it still has the two
problems of not working on a plain URL resize (where there is normally a 404
and redirect to thumb.php) and also having distorted SVG's. Right now, the
URL 404 resize is the bigger problem, since SVG's aren't as widely used.
