Hello, I'm trying to move my MediaWiki installations to a new server. I backed everything correctly up and been able to complete the setup program. After all necessary steps, I place the new LocalSettings.php in my web-root, run the maintanance script and try to login with my usual credentials. But all I get is a error message stating my username is unknown. If I lookup my username in the user-table, everything looks fine. However, using the Special:User page, my username contains garbage: Marcus St%F6hr instead of Marcus Stöhr.
I guess this is has something to do with UTF8 or the like. So, do I need to add another setting to my LocalSettings.php or this there something I must consider when creating the database for the import?
