Hi
on intranets inside organizations my experience using wiki had also been
successful. I designed a trainning platform mediawiki based for Bank of
Brazil, the bigger financial company of latin America, with 120.000
employees and more than 5000 agencies worldwide. We organized some worhshops
with board members assessors for sharing basic tips and afterward they
themselves had written pages which were courses about company stuff. Some of
people throughout all country eventually became wiki experts and
contributors sharing their doubts, opinions and insights, making it function
as a knowledge management tool.
