In MediaWiki:Anonnotice, change the code so it's surrounded by <div
id="anonnotice"> </div>
Then in either monobook.css/common.css:
body.page-Home #anonnotice {
display:none;
}

When I change 'siteNotice' in the code to 'Anonnotice', the anonnotice
is displayed again on the Home page - is it only possible to remove BOTH
sitenotices and anonnotices from a particular page, rather than just
one?
