Yes. It is finding both current pages and older pages (that have revised). Only the user doesn't know the page is not the most current.

You have a page named "Foo". "Foo" used to contain the content, "Foo is an excellent word for programmers to use." But now the content is, "Foo was originally used by military personnel in combat situations." And when you search for 'programmers' the page "Foo" is still in your results list?
