Well in that case, add "?action=edit" to the end.

The full URL would be 
http://<sever>/<wiki>/index.php?title=<pageTitle>&action=edit

I'm afraid that won't work. I'm using short urls on the page so I can't
tack on long url style initiatives. If you know the complete string to
get to the page through long urls then I could type it in. I can see the
id numbers for it in the database. I've created a second page for now
but I really need to get rid of that other one.
