Ini masalah Windows socket buffer di sisi receiver yang habis karena
server busy.
Apakah sering terjadi atau hanya kadang-kadang terjadi?
Bisa coba dengan pakai koneksi non-TLS atau kirim mail satu recipient
satu session connection (non pipelining).
Koneksi non-tls dilakukan dengan memasukkan MX host recipient kedalam no
starttls list.
