User menggunnakan outlook 2016 untuk semua PCnya.
Jadi coba kami test menggunakan 1 PC, dan disetting di outlook. Profile
user yang bermsalah tetap tidak bisa sync foldernya. Terus kami ganti
dengan user yang lain ( yang tidak ada masalah ), synv berjalan dengan
baik.
Ini lagi kami cek, apakah ada setting yang salah di pengaturan active
syncnya ( exclude dan include )

Apa domain yang digunakan agar bisa dicheck.
Tanpa auto discovery juga jalan sih kalau pakai email client EAS desktop
(Office outlook atau Windows Mail), hanya EAS client di mobile device
yang umumnya tidak ada menu "manual configuration".
