See if you can get hold of Audio Catalyst version 2.1

Although it looks like it will rip tracks individually (which it will by
default) you can tell the program where the start and end of each track is
manually. Just look at the information for the last track, make a note of
the end position, then go to the information for track 1 and type that
number into the end position box. You then simply rip track one, and it
grabs the whole CD, and makes an MP3 file.

Warning: You'll need about 720Mb to do this though, and defragmenting the
hard drive before hand wouldn't be a bad idea either.
