As part of the IT team, the Performance DBA will manage and maintain DMA's technical infrastructure and ensure optimal performance of DMA's SaaS Business Intelligence solutions for the best possible customer experience. Responsibilities a.. Manage infrastructure setup, maintenance, tuning, database replication, etc. b.. Manage SQL server configuration settings and hardware settings c.. Monitor, evaluate, and provide solutions to address poorly performing customer queries and data loading processes d.. Utilize performance monitoring tools to anticipate and proactively resolve customer site performance issues and to plan for future growth and resource requirements e.. Perform SQL Server performance tuning f.. Setup, monitor, and manage database backups g.. Formulate and monitor policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management h..
