[...] Yes it was the case, "Mix all files" have i selected but see the difference. Two screenshot's made, first one made with the 'old' mc(4.7.0) sort order on my server, http://i.imgur.com/xXL9E.png Second one made with the 'new' mc(4.8.1) sort order on my desktop through a ssh connection to my server, http://i.imgur.com/27Sv1.png Sort order is changed.
