Part of the problem may be the duplication of groups. There are also 
gallio-user<https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!forum/gallio-user>and 
gallio-dev 
lists <https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!forum/gallio-dev>. 
There are several contributors, but the last check-in was in August. 
https://code.google.com/p/mb-unit/source/list. They have build server but 
it is down. 

Those using gallio need to mobilize to keep the project alive. I've 
seriously considered forking it to github. I would really like a much 
simpler version of gallio (it currently tries to do everything for 
everyone), with plugins and extensions as separate projects.
