No NuGet? After doing the nuget-uninstall-then-add-references-manually dance this version plays much nicer with VS2012 RC July 2012 11.0.50706.0 (or something like that). Icarus finds and monitors my tests. And Debug now works from Icarus. Maybe the .vsix file will be available soon too?
