Well MsTest(of all things) has a 
GenericParamterHelper<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.visualstudio.testtools.unittesting.genericparameterhelper.aspx>.
 
 Maybe I just don't understand what it is doing. I did something similar to 
what you posted, just seemed messy to me. But then again I only care if it 
is of some abstract class.  So I suppose that will work.  I guess I was 
looking for something like RhinoMocks Arg<>.Is.Anything syntax.
