1) You can set it in the project file (.gallio), there's a reportDirectory
node. The default should be a Reports folder relative to the project
location (in your appdata folder if you haven't explicitly saved a project).
It sounds like something's gone a bit wrong though! You might want to clear
out %APPDATA%\Gallio\Icarus.

2) It's not random :) The project also contains a reportNameFormat element.
The default is "test-report-{0}-{1}", which will be formatted using the date
(0) & time (1) the report was generated. This can also be edited through the
UI (Project->Properties->Reports tab).
