Dear all, ENTSO-E, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity, publishes datasets representing the power systems of the ENTSO-E members in the CIM CGMES format. Is there a converter available for MATPOWER, to convert data in the CIM CGMES format into a MATPOWER case struct (like e.g. psse2mpc)? And if not, are there any plans to build such a converter?
