The new Ensembl marts for release 60 are now live on www.ensembl.org and
www.biomart.org. The following improvements and modifications have been
made:
Release 60 Ensembl marts (all species)
Ensembl Genes 60
• Addition of new species Ailuropoda melanoleuca (Panda)
• GNF data has been updated via Gene Expression Atlas (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/
)
• Germ line and Somatic mutations are separated in both filter and
attributes
Ensembl variation 60
• Ensembl Variation mart and Ensembl Gene mart are connected via
ensembl gene stable-ids for Human
