The ICGC Data Coordination Centre is pleased to announce the release of version
2 of the ICGC data portal (http://dcc.icgc.org), which includes several new
features such as:
> Mutation consequences for all ICGC tumours;
> Malignant melanoma and small cell lung carcinoma simple mutations
> remapped to the GRCh37 assembly;
> The Tumor Sequencing Project lung adenocarcinoma dataset;
> A gene centric query interface;
> An identifiers search function;
> Gene reports integrating mutation data from the ICGC as well as data
> from Ensembl, KEGG pathways and the Pancreatic Expression Database;
> Sample reports containing basic donor and diagnostic information;
> New visualization tools, presenting genes and pathways affected by
> reported mutations.
