on Windows. You will need to follow this if you do not install AGG as a

I can't for the life of me find the Windows makefile.vc Jeff is talking
about in the info he added to the ticket. Neither the agg-2.4 nor the
agg-2.5 source downloads seem to contain any such file and a Google
search turns up nothing either. Am I missing something here?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
