Hi,
Are you running the commands in a window opened using the SDKShell.bat provided
with the SDK (in the root)?
This sets environment variables etc.
Maybe you are missing SET "GDAL_DRIVER_PATH=%SDK_ROOT%bin\gdal\plugins" ?
