Depending on where you want to clip your buffers, you
may use voronoi polygons (using Vertical Mapper or other
tools).
Voronoi tesselation will create adjacent polygons
around your set of points (so that all space is covered). Each edge will be
placed half way between two adjacent points. You will easyly find doc on
Voronoi tesselation on the net.

Does anyone know how I can create non-overlapping radial buffers around a set of points? Basically I need to create a table similar to what would be created using OBJECTS - BUFFER - One buffer for all Objects, but with a line where two buffers intersect.
